Free Shipping & Shipping Information

We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $100 within the lower 48 states. Please note that we do not ship outside the U.S.
Free shipping applies based on the order subtotal. If a discount code reduces the subtotal to below $100, shipping will be charged. To qualify for free shipping, simply add a product to bring your subtotal above $100. Check out this list of lower-cost items.

Shipping Details:

  • A signature is required for orders totaling $350 or more.

  • Fast Shipping! We aim to ship orders the same day or the following business day. Orders containing Personalize It! products will ship within 5-7 business days after we receive your order.

  • We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Expedited Shipping:

  • 2-Day Shipping is available for orders within the lower 48 states, excluding those with Personalize It! products. Please note, expedited shipping costs extra, and we cannot guarantee 2nd-day shipping.

  • Orders without expedited shipping will be shipped using standard shipping via FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail, as determined by our shipping department.

  • Orders to military addresses (APO/FPO) are not eligible for expedited shipping.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • Orders under $100 with standard shipping will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

  • We do NOT accept delivery to PO Boxes.

  • Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico are not eligible for free or expedited shipping offers.

  • Only one shipping address is allowed per order.

  • Expedited shipping does not apply to Personalize It! products or orders to military addresses.

  • Please ensure you provide a complete shipping address, including both FedEx and USPS delivery addresses, if applicable, in the ORDER NOTES section during checkout.

Woodstock Chimes & Woodstock Music Collection Shipping Rates:

  • Packages shipped via 2nd Day Air will arrive 2 business days after shipping. Woodstock Chimes ships packages the next business day after an order is placed.

  • We are currently unable to offer Saturday deliveries.
