30-Day No Hassle Return Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your Woodstock Chimes product purchased from www.chimes.com, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of receipt. To qualify, the item must be in new, unused, resalable condition and returned in its original gift box. If your Woodstock Chimes product was purchased from a retail store or a third-party online merchant, you must return the item to that location.

Please note: Personalized chimes from the "Personalize It!" collection are non-returnable.

Important Details:

  • You can return or exchange your purchase within 30 days of delivery.

  • All products must be in new, unused condition.

  • Personalized chimes cannot be returned.

  • It takes 7 to 10 business days to process returns once they are received.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective items). In such cases, Woodstock Chimes will cover the return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Gift returns can be exchanged for an item of equal or lesser value, or refunded to the original payment method. Gifts purchased from third-party retailers cannot be returned.

  • Refunds and credits will be processed after inspection of the returned merchandise.

  • All returns must include proof of purchase: either the packing slip included with the order or the www.chimes.com order number and purchaser's name.

Additional Notes:

  • We cannot accept COD returns.

  • We recommend insuring your return package, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

  • Please address the return package to the "Returns Department." We are not responsible for incorrectly addressed packages.
