30-Day No Hassle Return Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return or exchange the item within 30 days of receipt as long as the item is returned in new, unused, resalable condition inside its original gift box. You must return the product to the place of purchase - we can only accept your return if your product was purchased from www.chimes.com.
Here’s how it works:
- Fill out the return form that was included in your packaging.
- If you don’t have the return form, you can download one here.
- Make sure you fill out the entire form, including:
- Your contact information (name, address, phone and email)
- Order number
- What product you are returning and why
- If you would like to exchange the product, what you’d like to exchange it for
- If the product is defective or there is other information that is pertinent to your return, please write it in the “comments” area on the return form.
- Cut off the mailing label portion of the return form.
- Carefully repack merchandise and place in the original shipping box.
(Or equivalent, if you no longer have the shipping box.)
- Include in the box with the merchandise:
- Return Form (minus the mailing label portion)
- Packing Slip (this came in the box with your shipment)
- Seal the box and affix the mailing label on the outside
- Ship prepaid to:

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Package MUST be addressed to "Returns Department". We are not responsible for incorrectly addressed packages.
A few items of note:
- You may return or exchange your purchase within 30 days of delivery.
- All products must be in “as new” condition.
- Please note it takes 7 to 10 business days to process returns once they arrive at our location. Upon receipt of your return, you will receive an email from us confirming that we’ve received your return and are initiating the refund process.
- Original shipping costs are not refundable. Return and exchange shipping costs are your responsibility. Woodstock Chimes will pay the return and exchange shipping costs if the return is the result of our error (incorrect or defective item).
- Refunds and credits will be issued to the original method of payment.
- Gift returns can be exchanged for items of equal or lesser value otherwise credit goes to the original payment method. Please note, if your gift was purchased from a 3rd party retailer we are unable to accept your return.
- Refunds and credits will be issued upon receipt and inspection of merchandise.
- All returns must be accompanied by a proof of purchase, which is the packing slip that ships with the merchandise or the www.chimes.com order number and name of purchaser. We must be able to verify that the product was purchased from www.chimes.com.
