Issue with gift message

This order was a gift and sent directly to my friend. I included a “gift message” to my friend which was NOT included so she had no idea who this was from. This is the second time I sent chimes as a gift due to a family death and no gift/message card was included. How could that be? Why offer a service if it’s not fulfilled. I have always recommended your chimes to others due to quality but quality also includes completeness of order as outlined. Please explain? I sent this question to your customer are over week ago - no response. Thank you, Patty Czyzewicz
