To cancel your order

Orders are shipped throughout the day. If your order has not shipped, we will cancel the order. However, it is likely that your order will have already shipped. In this case, you should simply refuse delivery when your package arrives, if possible. When we receive the refused package we will issue a refund to you. Please allow 5-10 business days after the package is received at our warehouse for us to complete the refund process.
If the package has already been delivered to you:
- UPS Delivery
- Call 1-800-PICK-UPS and tell them you are refusing the delivery.
- This must be done within 5 business days of the date of delivery
- UPS will pick up the package and return it to us.
- USPS Delivery
- Write “refused” on the package and give it to your postal carrier.
Do not open the package if you are going to refuse delivery.
Once the package is opened you will have to pay to ship it back to us.
