Woodstock Chimes - Refurbish Request

Important: You must obtain a Return Authorization number before sending in your chime.

To take advantage of our refurbishing service, please provide the following information about your Woodstock Chime. Please allow 72 hours for a reply.

We will provide you with:
  • the cost to refurbish your chime
  • a Return Authorization number
  • shipping instructions
  • the anticipated return date
    • (Refurbishing generally takes 4-6 weeks. You may want to consider sending your chime in for refurbishing at the end of the season so it's ready for next year!)

  a) If you have champagne, copper or black tubes they are likely to be replaced with silver, as the other finishes are no longer available. The cost is the same should you decide to keep your original tubes.

b) Wood parts will be replaced. Black wood is no longer available and will be replaced with cherry wood.
